How long will it take to receive my order?
For Digital Portraits the turn around is 2-6 business days and your product will be emailed to you.
For Portrait Prints we estimate orders to arrive approximately 2 weeks from when we receive your photo. Delivery times may vary from time to time eg. during sale or holiday periods. If you need your order before a certain date please contact us and we'll do our best to assist. Please note due to COVID-19 the shipping times may take slightly longer than usual. Below is an estimated lead time:
Illustration: 2-6 business days
Printing: 1-3 business days
Shipping (Standard): Metro – 2-6 business days, Country 5-11 business days
Shipping (Express): Next business day
Can I get my portrait sooner than the standard turn-around?
We offer an Express service for a 1-2 day turn around for Digital File deliveries, in some instances we can even do same day turn around if you need your portrait urgently.
How do I upload my photo?
Once you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation via email, simply reply to the email with an attachment of your pet's photo. Please keep an eye out in your junk mail but if you do not receive the email within 10 minutes of your purchase please reach out to us at info@inkypet.co
Will I get to see a proof of the artwork?
We want you to love your pet portrait as much as we do! To ensure you are happy with the portrait, we will send a digital proof via email for your review before going to print to sign off on the colour, name and placement of the artwork. Each illustration will be based on the supplied photo, any change of mind to resupply a different photo will incur a redesign fee.
Can I have more than one pet in my portrait?
Absolutely! Check out our Double Pet Portraits and Triple Pet Portraits, or if you have more pets then send us a special request at info@inkypet.co. You also have the option to order multiple of the Single Pet Portrait so each pet is displayed individually.
What if my pets are not in the same photo?
That's not a problem at all! Our artists will be able to work with separate photos and place them in the same portrait if you've ordered the Double or Triple Pet Portraits.
Do you draw other animals?
Absolutely, we love animals of all kinds!
Do you do human portraits?
Yes we do! You can click here for a Human & Pet Portrait for a portrait of you and your pet. Alternatively you can choose the 2 Figure option and send through a photo of 2 people and we will draw a human only portrait. These make beautiful memory keepsake presents for wedding gifts, anniversary, Valentine's Day and birthdays to name a few.
Do you provide framing?
We currently do not provide framing for our prints as many of our customers prefer to choose their own frames. Our print sizes are compatible with most frames from retailers.
What are the sizes in mm?
A4 - 210x297mm
A3 - 297x420mm
A2 - 420x594mm
Can you help me choose a photo?
Yes we can! We are very familiar with picking what works best. You can DM us on instagram @inky.pet to enquire or send an email with your Instagram name and we can pick from your feed!
Where are you based?
We are based in Australia and offer free shipping Australia wide. All prices are listed in $AUD.
