Christmas Cut-off Times for DIGITAL:
If you need the Digital Delivery before Christmas you'll need to order before 15 December 2023. Orders placed between 15-20 December will require the Express Turnaround of $15 for an expedited delivery by Christmas. Alternatively you can opt for a Digital Gift Voucher if you'd like to let the owner choose their favourite photo to turn into a portrait. 

Digital Portraits
Digital Portraits are turned around within 2-6 business days and are available worldwide. They are delivered via email and you can print these yourself. Please note Human Portraits are more intricate and the turn around for these are 5-10 business days.

Christmas Cut-off Times for PRINTS:
Christmas order cut-off for Prints: 6 Dec. Any orders made after this date may not arrive before Christmas. For orders made between 7-12 December, we advise choosing the Express Turnaround plus the Express Post option at checkout to speed up the process for it to potentially arrive before Christmas. Please note we cannot guarantee for its arrival before Christmas as delays may be expected due to Christmas shipping capacity by our carriers. Prints ordered from 13 December will be printed and shipped the week commencing 7 January 2025. If you need your portrait sooner we recommend ordering a Digital Portrait so you can print this yourself during the holidays.

Holiday Notice
Digital Portraits (Digital Files) will be available throughout the holiday period with the standard 2-6 business day turn-around. Our print facilities will be shut between 20 December 2024 and 7 January 2025. 

Fine Art Portrait Prints
We offer FREE standard shipping for all orders within Australia.
Express post is available for $10.
We estimate orders to arrive approximately 2 weeks from when we receive your photo. Delivery times may vary from time to time eg. during sale or holiday periods. If you need your order before a certain date please contact us and we'll do our best to assist. Below is an estimated lead time:
Illustration: 2-6 business days (Human Portraits 5-10 business days)
Printing: 1-3 business days
Shipping (Standard): Metro – 2-6 business days, Country 5-11 business days
Shipping (Express): Next business day (may take slightly longer for rural areas)

Express Turnaround
We offer an Express service for a 1-2 day turn around for Digital File deliveries (Pet only portraits, excludes Human Portraits), in some instances we can even do same day turn around if you need your portrait urgently. Please note this speeds up the illustration process only, if you require your Fine Art Print by a certain date, please choose the Express Post option at checkout also.

International Shipping
To reduce carbon footprint we are only shipping within Australia. If you are outside of Australia we highly recommend our Digital File Portraits where you can print these yourself or at a local printer, up to A2 in size. All prices are listed in $AUD (Australian Dollars).
